This page explains what Wonder Bees Pre School & Day Care collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who this is about

This website belongs to Wonder Bees Pre School & Day Care, Ramnagar, Bhind Road, Gwalior. If you contact us through it, the school is the one holding what you send.

What you give us

Nothing is collected from you by simply reading these pages. Information reaches us only when you choose to fill in the admission enquiry form or the “Book a school visit” form.

• Preferred way for us to reach you, and a preferred visit date

We ask for a child’s name and age only so a conversation about the right class is useful. Both are optional, and the form asks for nothing else about a child. We do not ask for identity documents, dates of birth, medical details or any government identifier anywhere on this site.

Details recorded with your enquiry

So we can tell where an enquiry came from, each submission is filed alongside the page you sent it from, the link that brought you to the site if there was one, and any campaign parameters present in the web address. This is about the visit, not about you personally.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to your enquiry and to arrange a visit or a conversation about admission. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, your browser sends it to this website, which passes it to the school’s own record of enquiries. Your details are not sent to any third-party marketing or advertising service. Staff who handle admissions can see them.

Cookies, analytics and third parties

• This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
• The Google map on the contact sections is not loaded until you press “Show map”. Until you do, nothing on the page contacts Google. Once you press it, that embed is governed by Google’s own terms.
• Fonts are served from this website rather than fetched from a font provider, so reading these pages does not announce your visit to one.
• WhatsApp and telephone links hand over to those apps. We never put a child’s name, age, your phone number or your email into a WhatsApp link — the prefilled message says only what you are asking about.

Keeping the form usable

To stop automated submissions the form includes a field hidden from people, checks how long the form took to complete, and limits how many submissions arrive in a short period. No puzzle or image test is used, and nothing about your device is profiled.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and afterwards as part of the school’s admission records. If you would like to know how long your enquiry will be held, please ask us using the details below and we will tell you.

Asking us to correct or remove your details

You can ask us what we hold about an enquiry you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us on the number or email below and tell us the mobile number you used, so we can find the right entry.

Changes to this page

If how we handle enquiries changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
